I'm a weight-loss coach and fitness instructor. Just like you, I've had weight-loss and fitness issues in my life. I've overcome those and I'm living life to the full. I can show you how to do it too.

Maybe like me, you are worried that you have left it a little too late to make changes. You haven't. The right time is now.

My own weight loss is a major factor in the services that I now deliver, but it is far from the only thing. I never take the glib approach of "if I can do it, so can you" I worked hard for my weight loss and fitness and you will have to do that too. This course will show you how.

Is this just another diet ?

This is not like any weight loss program that you have tried before. This is a sensible sustainable healthy eating program.

I've tried to lose weight before, how is this different?

This is a healthy eating plan. It builds on how you already eat rather than introducing unusual practices It's not about only eating certain foods or cutting out others.

I'm 50 years old. Is it too late for me to lose weight?

Absolutely not! Take a look at my picture above. I was 58 when I set out to lose weight and you can see what I achieved. I believe that I have gained years of healthy life that I feared were gone. You can do that too.

How can I do this, I have no motivation?

We believe that motivation is the thing that sets you off, not the thing that keeps you going. If you are reading this, then you already have motivation to lose weight. The thing that will keep you going is the development of good eating habits and this course will show you how to do that.

I hate to exercise, can I still lose weight?

I'm a fitness instructor, so I'm very much sold on the benefits of exercise. It can improve your life in many ways including assistance with weight loss. However it is certainly possible to lose weight without exercise and this course will show you how.

I've lost weight before but always gain again. What can I do?

Yes, me too! Before I discovered the way to sustainable weight loss, I did the very same. Not this time. With the content of this course, you have been "on a diet" for the last time.
